Ah those are Wolfgang tents.
I hear they housed a group of screaming people, a sock puppet screaming choir he called it. 

Within the scope of his artistic practice, Wolfgang Tant follows his passion for textile crafts to connect craft with activism. From a starting point wondering how to sustain the energies needed for activism and protest, he developed techniques and a space for care and release. The spaces, in the form of patchwork tents made from fabric samples, were the home to a collective effort to find and define new tools for craftivism.
