SCHRIJFTAFEL for Limburg-based artists and art workers
Are you putting the finishing touches on an application for a grant or project subsidy under the Flemish Arts Decree? On Monday 7 September, from 5 to 8 pm, the Limburg arts organisations Jester, VONK and Z33, together with Flanders Arts Institute and C-mine, are organising an application writing session for artists and arts professionals from Limburg.
This session is intended for those who already have a concrete plan and are preparing an application for a grant or project subsidy under the Arts Decree. We offer you a place to work on your application with focus, alongside other artists and arts professionals working towards the same deadline.
Throughout the evening, you can write independently and consult the experts present about your application, budget or specific questions. We will help you consider how to translate your plan clearly into a concrete application and offer a fresh perspective whenever you get stuck.
Who is it for?
The session is aimed at artists and arts professionals who are based in Limburg or who are or have been professionally active in the province.
Do you have a plan but find it difficult to put it into words? Would you like to take another critical look at your budget? Do you have a specific question about your application? Or do you simply need a place where you can write undisturbed for a few hours, surrounded by others working on the same thing? If so, you are very welcome to join us.
The session is intended as a final review and writing opportunity for applications that are already in development. We therefore cannot offer general advice during the evening on whether or not you should submit an application. Please make sure that you have already developed a plan and contacted any potential partners in advance.
We also recommend creating an account in KIOSK beforehand. KIOSK is the digital platform through which applications are submitted.
