Stijn Wybouw

Stijn Wybouw lives and works in Brussels. In his various (and often overlapping) visual and musical projects, he explores the boundaries between art and everyday life, only to cross them in an unapologetic way. His constant search for diverse and new stimuli translates into music (including his solo alter ego KRAMP), performances, drawings and installations.

For S.W. en het CIAP Pact, Stijn was the key keeper and director of CIAP's ground floor for a period of three months. All agreements and responsibilities were written down in a pact and signed by all parties involved (Stijn Wybouw, CIAP & PXL-MAD School of Arts). Every week, new work was presented by Stijn, following the rhythm of the academic calendar. Visitors could consult the pact and the calendar, and closely follow the artist's creative developments in a space set up for this purpose.

Stijn Wybouw (Leuven,1995) graduated as a master's student in Free Arts from the PXL-MAD School of Arts in Hasselt (2018). He worked on projects with IMAL, Overtoon and Fred & Ferry, and published music on the Belgian label (K-RAA-K)³.
